OEM Apps: Customization of Standard Products
From micro PLCs to sensors to wiring harnesses, Omron can make a custom products for your application to eliminate system compromises. At your request, we will take our standard products and modify their design and specifications to meet the precise demands of your application. A wide variety of modifications can be applied to:
- Micro PLCs: I/O configuration, voltages, connectors, power supply, physical size, control panels
- Sensors: connectors, mounting, cabling, moldings, actuators
- Interconnects: custom cables and harnesses relay mounting board, field I/O interconnection blocks
Fabrication Services: Control Panel Design and Build
From small enclosures to large power distribution panels, Omron can provide control panel design and fabrication services to meet your application requirements. Omron's local manufacturing facility is a certified UL508 panel shop.
Prepackaged Systems for Quick Installation
Omron has the unique capability to combine the latest control technology products and panel building know-how into designed and prepackaged systems for custom applications and quick installation on site. Technology including RFID, vision and measurement sensors can be designed and integrated into custom designed solutions for tracking, traceability, inspection, and measurement applications.

In our state-of-the-art facility, we manufacture a variety of high quality, standard and custom electronic controls (Sensors, Programmable Logic Controllers, and Control Modules) for a wide spectrum of customers. We build customer and Omron designed industrial control panels and assemblies to the exacting standards of UL508A. Additionally, Omron is a UL recognized Wiring Harness manufacturer. With support from our engineering staff, we have the capability to perform product modifications, as well as design, develop and manufacture exclusive products for customers in North America.
