Fiber optic amplifiers are used for processes such as checking beverage content and caps, and vision sensing equipment for applications such as area detection.
Digital temperature and process controllers are important for sealing applications where the quality of the seal must be maintained at high or low speeds. They are also vital for baking environments where accuracy of temperature and temperature control are critical to the manufacturing process.
When a Russian customer decided to build new packaging equipment for bottle wrapping, they had 3 key requirements: 50,000 bottles per hour throughput, longer machine availability and system flexibility to wrap various package sizes. With over 30 years experience in packaging systems, Novopac and Ci.ti.emme, were selected to design the new packaging line.
